photo Teacher Jennifer

Teacher Jennifer is thrilled to be a part of the San Francisco Music Together® community. Jennifer has been singing since she was a young girl. She was fortunate to have grown up in a flourishing performing arts program. She immersed herself in singing, dancing and theater from grammar school to college. She is classically trained in chorale voice, opera and has experience singing jazz and soul and plays ukulele. She is filled with joy when she teaches, and feels honored to be an early childhood music teacher!

"Teacher Jennifer is a sensation. My two-year-old loves the Music Together program, and Teacher Jen had the entire class, from infants to pre-school aged kids, completely captivated. Each week she met the class with incredible enthusiasm and appeared to be having as much fun as all of the kids (& parents, nannies, grandparents, etc.). The class is a wonderful introduction to music, rhythm, and movement for the kiddos, and Teacher Jen creates a magical and safe place them to experience and experiment with all of the above."

Teacher Corey

Teacher Corey has taught guitar, piano, and brass instruments to children of all ages. In his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, he taught music and nannied four young children that he adored. He has a BA in Music Performance, and has performed for bands, productions, and orchestras – but he had the most fun playing for children at daycares and preschools. His passion for music and children has shaped him into a dedicated, empathetic teacher who loves sharing his enthusiasm with children.

"I've had two kids (with 5 year difference!) attend Music Together® classes with teacher Corey and he rocked back then, rocks now and will keep rocking! Kids love him, parents love him, he picks cool songs and is very welcoming and engaging. Highly recommend Music Together classes for babies and toddlers alike!"  - Margaryta Skrypachova

photo Teacher Adam

Teacher Adam has performed as a principal tenor in operas in North America, Hawaii, & Japan. He enjoyed a five-year Artist-In-Residency for Opera San Jose, performing 32 roles! He is a member of the San Francisco Opera Chorus. Adam teaches for the SF Opera's program for youth. More than anything, Adam loves teaching young children music and watching them grow!

Teacher Adam's class has been an incredible experience for our family! At first, we were hesitant to join because my child experiences the world uniquely and can be a bit reserved. But Adam’s warmth and inclusive approach made all the difference. Now, my child is opening up, moving, and fully enjoying music with his whole body! This class has become the highlight of our weekends, and we’re so grateful for the joy it brings." - Masaki and Keiko, Google Review

Teacher Brandon

Teacher Brandon has been involved in music in some shape or form for most of his life, from piano lessons as a kid to playing the French horn in his high school marching band and eventually singing in musical theater productions throughout and after college. Though mostly self-taught, he discovered that he had a knack and a love for teaching others to access their own musical potential with private guitar and ukulele lessons. He has performed in a few theaters as an actor and at many open mics as a musician in San Francisco. He is super stoked for the opportunity to foster a love and understanding of music in both kids and adults.

"Music Together and Teacher Brandon are the best. Our son absolutely loves his music class and looks forward to it every week!" - Danny R.

photo Teacher Rachel

Teacher Rachel is a Bay Area-based actor, musician, and costume designer. Her joy for teaching and the arts was greatly inspired by her parents. Rachel has cherished working with children at summer camps and as a babysitter. She has a BFA in Musical Theatre, with a minor in dance. She trained for 12 years in classical violin, but has found a great love for Celtic fiddling. Rachel's first music class was Music Together. As an alum and now working musician and musical theater actress, she is very excited to help inspire the next generation of musicians, creatives, and imaginative thinkers.

"Music Together classes are the highlight of our week!! Fun for all ages, and so great to bring family to as well. Our kid has a blast every time we go and I can’t wait to see what’s next! Truly such a wonderful way and place to instill a love of music in your little ones. Cannot recommend it enough."  - Mariam Helmy
