How it works:
1️⃣ Enroll in your “home base” class.
2️⃣ Schedule any number of extra classes using the Unlimited Classes tab in your Parent Portal.
3️⃣ Choose by Teacher, Location, or Date Range, then click the purple “Schedule” button to book your spot.
✨ You can attend at any location, on any day or time (as long as there’s an opening).
Please note:
• Unlimited classes are available only while you’re actively enrolled.
• Makeups don’t roll over unless you enroll in the next session.
Can I drop into a class without scheduling?
No — please schedule in advance through the Unlimited Classes tab.
Do I need to be enrolled to schedule makeups?
Yes. Unlimited classes are only for currently enrolled families.
If I enroll in the next session, do my unlimited classes carry over?
Yes, they do!
If I don’t enroll next session, do my classes carry over?
No, they do not.
Do most classes have openings?
Usually, yes! Most classes are in large spaces, but spots can fill up near the end of the session — we recommend booking early.
Can I attend multiple times per week?
Yes! You can attend 2–3 times a week if you schedule in advance.
Can I attend at any location?
Yes! Any location, any teacher, any day — as long as there’s space.
What if my child or caregiver is sick?
Please stay home and schedule a makeup — that’s what unlimited classes are for! ❤️
Can I schedule makeups before my “home base” class?
Yes! You can schedule extra classes anytime within your session.
When does scheduling open each semester?
A few days before the first day of the session.
Are unlimited classes guaranteed?
Not guaranteed — this is a free courtesy to make family life easier. It’s your responsibility to schedule within your session.
How to Cancel in the Portal
2️⃣ Click on the Unlimited Classes tab.
3️⃣ You have 3 filtering options: (1) Teacher (2) Location (3) Date range.
4️⃣ Options will look like the example below. Click on the purple "Schedule" button.
