How It Works

  • When enrolling, choose the lower “Auto-Enroll” price at checkout

  • You’ll get an email reminder one week before we process your next session. You can tell us if you'd like to: switch classes, go on pause, or opt out

  • We’ll automatically re-enroll you in your current class (or your preferred one) 5 times a year: Winter • Spring • Summer • Fall • December Mini

No problem! Pause one session and keep your membership discounts and benefits.

  • Submit the Pause form.
  • Or email or text us before auto-enroll begins to say: "Pause Auto-Enroll for the ___ Session.”

Want to Cancel?

Opt out before auto-enroll starts — you receive a full refund.
Cancel after enrollment, receive a refund minus the $35 cancellation fee for members (non–Auto-Enroll families pay a $49.99 cancellation fee).

     → If you opt out after a session has begun, there are no refunds.

Enrolled families enjoy UNLIMITED CLASSES/MAKEUPS for as long as they’re enrolled.

  • Schedule classes/makeups anytime through our Parent Portal (no drop-ins, to keep class sizes safe)
  • Attend at any location, day, or time with available openings
